Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter or light butter – 2 pts
- 2 eggs – 0 pts
- 1 box yellow cake mix, light or sugar-free – 8 pts total
- 1/2 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips or sugar-free chocolate chips (~6 oz) – 12 pts total
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch pan.
- Melt butter in a bowl, then whisk in eggs until smooth.
- Stir in the cake mix until well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Press mixture evenly into prepared pan.
- Bake:
- 9×13 pan → 20 minutes
- Smaller pans → 25–28 minutes
- Let cool slightly, then cut into 12 bars. Enjoy!
