Ingredients (Makes ~8 crisps):
- 4 slices provolone cheese, thinly sliced – 8 points total (2 points for 2 crisps)
- Everything Bagel seasoning – 0 points
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (not wax paper!).
- Cut each provolone slice in half and lay pieces on the parchment-lined sheet.
- Sprinkle with Everything Bagel seasoning.
- Bake for ~10 minutes, until bubbly and golden around the edges.
- Let cool completely on the parchment — they’ll crisp up as they cool.
