🧾 Ingredients (makes 2 servings):
- 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese – 2 Points
- 2 eggs – 0 Points
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan – 2 Points
- 1 tsp garlic – 0 Points
Toppings (example for 1 pizza, adjust as needed):
- 2 tbsp pizza sauce – 0–1 Point
- ¼ cup part-skim shredded mozzarella – 2 Points
- 6 turkey pepperoni slices – 1 Point
- Black olives (optional, 5–6 slices) – 0.5–1 Point
🔥 Instructions:
- Blend cottage cheese, eggs, parmesan, and garlic until smooth.
- Pour onto parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 40 minutes.
- Let it cool 5–10 min.
- Add your toppings and bake another 4–5 minutes until melted and bubbly.
