Ho-Ho Chaffle (WW Style)

Makes 2 mini chaffles – about 1 WW point each with frosting!

🧁 Ingredients:

  • 1 egg — 0 points
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder — 0 points
  • 2 tbsp monk fruit or erythritol sweetener — 0 points
  • ¼ tsp baking powder — 0 points
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract — 0 points
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (instead of heavy cream) — 0 points

For the light frosting:

  • 2 tbsp light cream cheese — 1 point
  • 1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener — 0 points
  • A dash of vanilla extract — 0 points

🍽 Instructions:

  1. Whisk egg, cocoa, sweetener, baking powder, vanilla, and almond milk until smooth.
  2. Heat mini waffle maker and pour in half the batter. Cook ~3 min.
  3. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
  4. For frosting: mix light cream cheese, sweetener, and vanilla until fluffy.
  5. Spread between the cooled chaffles and enjoy your guilt-free dessert sandwich!
