✅ Ingredients:
- 1 lb 93% lean ground turkey sausage – 20 points
- 1 package (8 oz) ⅓ less fat cream cheese – 13 points
- 2 cans (8 oz each) reduced fat crescent roll dough (Pillsbury Reduced Fat) – 44 points
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder – 0 points
- 1/4 tsp onion powder – 0 points
- 1/4 tsp black pepper – 0 points
- 1 egg (for brushing) – 0 points
- (Optional) 1/4 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese – 2 points (use only if desired)
🧑🍳 Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook turkey sausage over medium heat until fully browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any liquid.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked sausage with softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir until creamy and mixed. Fold in cheese if using.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Add a spoonful of sausage mixture to the wide end of each triangle and roll up. Pinch ends to seal.
- Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush tops with egg for a golden finish.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until crescents are puffed and golden.
- Cool slightly before enjoying!
