Ingredients (per serving):
- 2 oz whole wheat or low-carb spaghetti noodles — about 4 points
- 1 cup steamed broccoli — 0 points
- 1 tsp olive oil or light butter spray — about 1 point
- Garlic powder, pepper — 0 points
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese — 1 point (or use less for fewer points)
Instructions:
- Cook noodles according to package instructions.
- Steam broccoli until tender.
- Drain noodles, return to pot, add olive oil or cooking spray.
- Mix in steamed broccoli.
- Season with garlic powder, pepper, and sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Tips for even fewer points:
