Ingredients (per serving):

  • 2 oz whole wheat or low-carb spaghetti noodles — about 4 points
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli — 0 points
  • 1 tsp olive oil or light butter spray — about 1 point
  • Garlic powder, pepper — 0 points
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese — 1 point (or use less for fewer points)

Instructions:

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Steam broccoli until tender.
  3. Drain noodles, return to pot, add olive oil or cooking spray.
  4. Mix in steamed broccoli.
  5. Season with garlic powder, pepper, and sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
