3 points on Diabetic plan!!! Semi sweet treat!!! 1 cup of Choboni non fat Greek plain yogurt= 2 points, then 2 Tablespoons of PB2original powdered peanut butter=1 point, then one tablespoon of Log cabin sugar free syrup=0 points, and I added 1 single serve Splenda.
