Power Lunch

Ingredients:

  • 1 can tuna (in water, drained)
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 baby cucumber, sliced
  • 1 avocado (medium-sized)
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • A dash of Everything But The Bagel seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Drain the tuna and place it in a bowl.
  2. Chop the green onion and slice the cucumber, then add them to the tuna.
  3. Dice the avocado and add it to the bowl.
  4. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle the Everything But The Bagel seasoning on top.
  5. Mix gently and serve.
