๐ Ingredients (Makes 6 servings):
- 1 (3 oz) box sugar-free lemon Jell-O โ 0 points
- ยฝ cup boiling water โ 0 points
- 1ยฝ cups fat-free whipped topping (like Cool Whip Free) โ 3 points total
- ยฝ cup unsweetened almond milk (to help it blend) โ 0 points
- ยฝ tsp vanilla extract (optional) โ 0 points
- 1 tsp sugar substitute (like Stevia) โ 0 points

- In a bowl, mix lemon Jell-O with boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.
