These bars are perfect when you want a sweet, rich treat without using up all your points.
๐ Ingredients (Makes 12 bars):
- 1 cup Lilyโs sugar-free chocolate chips (Stevia-sweetened) โ 21 points total
- 6 tbsp PB2 powder (mixed with 3 tbsp water) โ 3 points total
- 1ยฝ cups puffed rice cereal (unsweetened) โ 4 points total
- ยฝ tsp vanilla extract โ 0 points
- Pinch of salt โ 0 points

- Melt chocolate: Microwave chocolate chips in a bowl (30-second intervals) until smooth.
- Mix PB2: In a separate small bowl, mix PB2 powder with water until smooth and creamy.
- Combine: Stir PB2 and vanilla into the melted chocolate until fully blended.
- Add cereal: Fold in puffed rice cereal until evenly coated.
- Spread: Pour into a parchment-lined 8ร8 pan and flatten with a spatula.
- Chill: Refrigerate 30โ40 minutes until firm. Slice into 12 bars.
