- ¼ cup fire-roasted corn – 1 Point
- 2 tbsp black beans – 0.5–1 Point (depending on brand, rounded up to 1)
- ½ cup diced tomatoes with green chilis – 0 Points
- ¼ cup light shredded cheese – 1 Point
- 2 tbsp salsa – 0 Points
- 1 tbsp Bolthouse Farms ranch or similar light dressing – 0–1 Point

Instructions:
- In your container, layer chicken, corn, beans, tomatoes, and cheese.
