Ingredients (per roll-up):

  • 2 slices lean deli turkey breast (0 Points)
  • 4 slices turkey pepperoni (1 Point)
  • 1 slice light mozzarella cheese (1 Point) (or fat-free shredded mozzarella for 0–1 Point)
  • A few banana pepper rings (0 Points)
  • Sprinkle of Italian seasoning (0 Points)

Instructions:

  1. Lay the turkey slices flat.
  2. Add turkey pepperoni, banana peppers, and mozzarella.
  3. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  4. Roll it up tightly.
  5. Eat cold like a sub OR warm it up for melty, savory goodness!
