📝 Ingredients:

For the Brownies

  • 1 box Pillsbury Zero Sugar Fudge Brownie Mix
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened applesauce (used instead of oil)
  • Water and egg as directed on the box

➡️ 1 brownie (1/12 of the pan) = 2 WW Points


For the Protein Ice Cream

  • 1 bottle Fairlife Vanilla Protein Shake (11.5 oz)
  • Optional: splash of vanilla extract or sugar-free pudding mix for texture
  • Freeze + spin in Ninja Creami

Toppings

  • 1–2 tsp sugar-free chocolate syrup

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Make the brownies
    – Mix the Pillsbury zero sugar brownie mix with applesauce, egg, and water as directed.
    – Bake according to package instructions. Let cool and slice into 12 squares.
  2. Make the protein ice cream
    – Pour Fairlife shake into Ninja Creami pint container and freeze solid (at least 12 hours).
    – Spin using “Lite Ice Cream” mode. Add mix-ins and respin if needed.
  3. Assemble your sundae
    – Place 1 brownie in a bowl (2 pts)
    – Add ½ pint protein ice cream on top (2 pts)
    – Drizzle with sugar-free chocolate syrup (0 pts)
