- Prep the Chicken
- Pound or slice chicken into thinner fillets
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning
- Make the Coating

- Whisk egg and almond milk together in another
- Coat the Chicken
- Dip each chicken piece in egg wash, then into Parmesan mix
- Press well so it sticks
- Cook
