Chicken & Veggie Bowl
  • 1/2 cup onions, sautรฉed (use avocado or olive oil spray)
  • 6 oz grilled skinless chicken breast
  • Seasonings: garlic powder, paprika, black pepper
  • 1 can (about 1 cup) green beans, drained
  • 1 oz part-skim shredded cheese

Instructions:

  1. Lightly spray a pan with oil spray and sautรฉ onions until tender.
  2. Grill chicken breast seasoned with garlic powder, paprika, and pepper.
  3. Heat the green beans separately.
  4. Combine sautรฉed onions, grilled chicken, and green beans on a plate.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and enjoy!
