Banana Peanut Butter Nice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 small frozen bananas โ†’ 0 points
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter (or almond butter, low-point version) โ†’ 3 points
  • 1 teaspoon mini dark chocolate chips or cocoa powder (optional) โ†’ 0โ€“1 point

Instructions:

  1. Let frozen bananas sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
  2. Place bananas and peanut butter in a food processor and pulse until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips if using.
  4. Serve immediately or freeze a bit longer for a firmer texture.
