- 3 oz 99% lean ground turkey โ 0 points
- 1 tsp olive oil or cooking spray โ 1 point
- 1 low-carb or light whole wheat tortilla (like Mission Carb Balance) โ 1 point
- 2 tbsp reduced-fat cheddar or mozzarella cheese โ 2 points
- Pickles, lettuce, tomato (optional toppings) โ 0 points
- Mustard or light ketchup (1 tsp each) โ 0โ1 point depending on brand
- Seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt & pepper โ 0 points

- Cook the turkey:
In a skillet with oil or cooking spray, brown the ground turkey over medium heat (4โ5 min). Add seasonings to taste.
- Assemble the quesadilla:
On one half of the tortilla, spread the cooked turkey, sprinkle the cheese, and drizzle with optional condiments or pickles.
- Fold and cook:
Fold the tortilla over, press gently, and cook each side for ~2โ3 minutes until golden and the cheese melts.
- Serve and enjoy:
Slice into wedges and serve with shredded lettuce or tomato on the side.
