Ingredients:
- 6 oz light cream cheese, softened — 9 points
- 2 fresh jalapeños, diced (seeds removed for less heat) — 0 points
- 1/4 cup turkey bacon bits — 3 points
- 1 1/2 cups part-skim shredded mozzarella — 12 points
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder — 0 points
- 1/4 tsp onion powder — 0 points
- 1 1/2 cups finely crushed pork rinds — 8 points
- 2 large eggs — 0 points
- 1 tbsp heavy cream — 1 point
Instructions:
- Mix filling:
Combine light cream cheese, diced jalapeños, turkey bacon bits, shredded mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder in a bowl. - Chill:
Refrigerate the mixture 20–30 min for easier handling. - Prepare coating:
Whisk eggs with heavy cream in one bowl; place crushed pork rinds in another. - Form balls:
Scoop cheese mixture and roll into bite-sized balls. - Coat bites:
Dip balls into egg mixture, then roll in pork rind crumbs. Repeat for a double coating. - Cook:
Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 12 minutes, flipping halfway. Spray bites lightly with cooking spray before and during cooking. - Serve:
