✅ Ingredients:
- 12 boneless, skinless chicken tenders – 0 points
- 12 light mozzarella cheese sticks (~1 oz each) – 1 point each
- 12 slices turkey bacon (1 point per slice) – 1 point each
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease the basket and place the chicken tenders inside.
- Place one light cheese stick on top of each chicken tender.
- Wrap tightly with one slice of turkey bacon.
- Mix all spices together and sprinkle evenly over each piece.
- Air fry at 375°F for 20–22 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
