🛒 What You’ll Need:

  • 1 cup powdered peanut butter (like PB2) – 12 points
  • 2 tbsp melted butter – 8 points (or use light butter for less!)
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk – 0 points
  • 4 cups Swerve Confectioners (or similar sugar substitute) – 0 points

👩‍🍳 How to Make It:

  1. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment.
  2. Microwave Swerve, butter, and almond milk together (about 2 mins).
