Egg White Breakfast Pizza Recipe

This 4 ingredient egg white pizza is fat free, low calorie, and high in protein. It’s a delicious and healthy way to start your day.
Ingredients

Crust

  • 1/4 cup self rising flour
  • 3 tablespoons nonfat plain Greek Yogurt

Topping

  • 1 cup liquid egg whites
  • 1 ounce fat free mozzarella cheese
  • 1 any seasoning Ranch, salt, pepper, Italian, etc.

Instructions

  • Make the crust by combining the self rising flour with Greek yogurt. Using hands, knead it to be smooth.
  • Spray an 8 inch cake pan with butter flavored cooking spray. Press the dough into the bottom of the pan.
  • Pour 1 cup of egg whites over the crust, and top with mozzarella cheese and seasoning of choice.
  • Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, or until egg whites are cooked all the way through.
