This 4 ingredient egg white pizza is fat free, low calorie, and high in protein. It’s a delicious and healthy way to start your day.
Ingredients
Crust
- 1/4 cup self rising flour
- 3 tablespoons nonfat plain Greek Yogurt
Topping
- 1 cup liquid egg whites
- 1 ounce fat free mozzarella cheese
- 1 any seasoning Ranch, salt, pepper, Italian, etc.
Instructions
- Make the crust by combining the self rising flour with Greek yogurt. Using hands, knead it to be smooth.
- Spray an 8 inch cake pan with butter flavored cooking spray. Press the dough into the bottom of the pan.
- Pour 1 cup of egg whites over the crust, and top with mozzarella cheese and seasoning of choice.
- Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, or until egg whites are cooked all the way through.
