Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Almond milk (vanilla unsweetened)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon xantham gum
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar free pudding mix
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter powder
- 20 pieces lilys sugar free milk chocolate chips
Optional
- 1 tablespoon whipped cream
Instructions
- Blend almond milk, protein powder, xantham gum, pudding mix and peanut butter powder in a food processor. This does not get thick enough in my opinion by using a blender. So, use a food processor. Blend for 3-5 minutes, or until thick.
