2-Minute Yogurt Ice Cream (WW-Friendly )

WW Points: 1–2 points per serving
(depends on sweetener choice)


Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Zero-cal sweetener, to taste
    (or 1–2 tbsp honey → adds points)
  • 3 tbsp milk or unsweetened almond milk
  • Optional toppings: berries, shaved chocolate, crushed nuts (track if used)

Instructions

  1. Add yogurt, vanilla, sweetener, and milk to a bowl.
  2. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Place in the freezer for 4 hours (stir once halfway if you want it extra smooth).
  4. Scoop, add toppings if you like, and enjoy.
