Ingredients
- 3 large apples, chopped
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- ¼ cup sugar-free syrup
- Cinnamon, to taste
- Splash of vanilla extract
- Optional: nutmeg (if you have it)
Instructions
- Add chopped apples to a pan.
- Stir in applesauce, sugar-free syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until apples are soft and tender.
