1-Point Cinnamon Apple Skillet

Ingredients

  • 3 large apples, chopped
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ¼ cup sugar-free syrup
  • Cinnamon, to taste
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • Optional: nutmeg (if you have it)

Instructions

  1. Add chopped apples to a pan.
  2. Stir in applesauce, sugar-free syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until apples are soft and tender.
  4. Serve warm or chilled — both work.
