These guilt-free cookies are perfect as a snack or breakfast! Packed with 6g of protein each, naturally sweetened with banana, and made with Lily’s sugar-free chocolate chips. Only 1 WW point per cookie! 💛


Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana – 0 points
  • ½ cup fat-free cottage cheese – 0 points
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract – 0 points
  • ¼ tsp salt – 0 points
  • 1 large egg – 2 points
  • ¼ cup powdered peanut butter – 1 point
  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats – 3 points
  • 35 g (80 chips) Lily’s sugar-free milk chocolate chips – 0 points

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Mash banana & cottage cheese: In a medium bowl, mash banana until smooth, then mix in cottage cheese.
  3. Add wet ingredients: Stir in vanilla, salt, and egg until smooth.
  4. Add peanut butter powder: Mix well.
  5. Combine dry ingredients: Stir in oats and Lily’s chocolate chips.
  6. Form cookies: Drop ¼ cup portions onto the sheet.
  7. Bake: 15–18 minutes, until set and lightly browned.
  8. Cool & serve: Let cool on the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
