- 1 lb cooked & deveined shrimp
- 3 medium Roma tomatoes, diced
- ΒΎ cup avocado, diced
- Juice of 2 limes
- β cup celery, diced
- ΒΎ cup English cucumber, diced
- Β½ cup jalapeΓ±o, diced
- β cup red onion, diced
- 3 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
- Β½ cup sugar-free ketchup
- 3 Tbsp horseradish
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1Β½ tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp each paprika & chili powder
- 12 oz V8 juice (hot or mild)
- ΒΌ tsp garlic powder

- In a bowl, mix together ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire, V8 juice, and all seasonings.
- Stir in the veggies and taste β adjust salt or lime juice if needed.
