📝 Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1–2 tsp olive oil (2 points total if using 2 tsp)
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: sprinkle of grated Parmesan (adds 1–2 points if used)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Air fry at 400°F for about 12 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy and golden.
  3. Optional: top with Parmesan for a little extra flavor.

💡 WW Tip:
If you want them extra crispy, let them sit in the air fryer a minute or two longer — golden edges = happiness.
