Wet + Cheese
- 2 large eggs (0)
- ¼ cup fat-free Greek yogurt (0 — replaces sour cream)
- ½ cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar or mozzarella (4 points)
- 1 tbsp light butter, melted (2 points)
- Optional: 2 tbsp feta crumbles (1 point total)
Total recipe: ~20 points
Per biscuit: ~2–3 points each
👩🍳 Directions
1. Prep
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Mix Dry Ingredients
In a bowl, combine:
- Almond flour
- Baking powder
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Italian seasoning
- Salt
3. Add Wet + Cheese
- Add eggs, Greek yogurt, and melted light butter.
- Mix until combined.
- Fold in reduced-fat shredded cheese + optional feta.
Batter will be thick.
4. Shape
- Drop spoonfuls onto the baking sheet
or shape gently into rounds.
5. Bake
- Bake 15–20 minutes, until golden on top.
- Cool 3–5 minutes before serving.
