Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt – 0 pts
  • 1 banana – 0 pts
  • 1 cup strawberries – 0 pts
  • 1 tbsp raspberry chia smash – 0 pts
  • ¼ cup fat-free Cool Whip1 pt
  • ⅛ packet sugar-free, fat-free cheesecake Jell-O pudding mix – 0 pts
  • ¼ tsp organic honey – 0 pts
  • Optional: splash of unsweetened almond milk or fat-free milk

Directions

  1. Add Greek yogurt to a bowl.
  2. Mix in the cheesecake pudding mix until smooth (add a small splash of milk if needed).
