Okay everyone… deep breath 😮‍💨
I didn’t follow a recipe at all — I just threw this together with what I had, and WOW. It turned out way too good not to share. Creamy, spicy, crunchy, and super filling… and only 6 WW points!


What I Used

  • Joseph’s Flax & Oat Bran Lavash Wrap – 1 wrap

  • Fage 0% Greek yogurt – 1.25 tbsp

  • Good & Gather grilled chicken (Target)

  • Primal Kitchen No-Dairy Medium Hot Sauce – 1 tbsp

  • Butter lettuce

  • Fresh tomatoes

  • Kirkland hickory smoked no-sugar, low-sodium bacon – 2 slices

How I Made It

  1. Chop the cold grilled chicken into small pieces.
  2. Mix chicken with Greek yogurt and hot sauce until creamy.
  3. Add chopped tomato and a little lettuce to the chicken mixture.
  4. Layer extra butter lettuce on the lavash wrap.
  5. Spoon chicken mixture on top.
  6. Finish with crispy bacon slices.

That’s it. No cooking, no stress.


WW Notes

  • You do not need cheese — it’s already creamy and flavorful
  • Bacon adds just enough fat to make it satisfying
  • You could easily swap bacon for avocado or turkey bacon
  • Perfect for lunch, quick dinner, or lazy meal days
