I didn’t follow a recipe at all — I just threw this together with what I had, and WOW. It turned out way too good not to share. Creamy, spicy, crunchy, and super filling… and only 6 WW points!
What I Used
- Joseph’s Flax & Oat Bran Lavash Wrap – 1 wrap
2 points - Fage 0% Greek yogurt – 1.25 tbsp
0 points - Good & Gather grilled chicken (Target)
0 points - Primal Kitchen No-Dairy Medium Hot Sauce – 1 tbsp
1 point - Butter lettuce
0 points - Fresh tomatoes
0 points - Kirkland hickory smoked no-sugar, low-sodium bacon – 2 slices

How I Made It
- Chop the cold grilled chicken into small pieces.
- Mix chicken with Greek yogurt and hot sauce until creamy.
- Add chopped tomato and a little lettuce to the chicken mixture.
- Layer extra butter lettuce on the lavash wrap.
- Spoon chicken mixture on top.
- Finish with crispy bacon slices.
That’s it. No cooking, no stress.
WW Notes
- You do not need cheese — it’s already creamy and flavorful
- Bacon adds just enough fat to make it satisfying
- You could easily swap bacon for avocado or turkey bacon
- Perfect for lunch, quick dinner, or lazy meal days
