Ingredients:

  • 1 dl strong, cold black coffee (freshly brewed or iced)
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar or other sweetener (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (or mascarpone for richer version)
  • Cocoa powder for dusting (optional)

Directions (2 min):

  1. Prepare coffee: Brew a strong cup and let it cool slightly if hot.
  2. Mix coffee: In a mug, combine cold coffee, instant coffee powder, and sweetener. Stir until dissolved.
  3. Add creaminess: Fold in Greek yogurt (or mascarpone) until smooth.
