Ingredients:
- 8 tbsp part-skim mozzarella
- 8 turkey pepperonis
- Seasonings of your choice (oregano, garlic powder, Italian herbs)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, make 8 small piles of mozzarella.
- Top each with a turkey pepperoni slice and sprinkle with seasonings.
- Bake for 7 minutes. Optional: broil 1–2 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Let them cool/harden for a minute and enjoy!
Tips:
- Slightly larger cheese piles than pepperoni = perfect coverage.
