WW Points: ~2–3 points (low-fat cheese + turkey pepperoni)

Ingredients:

  • 8 tbsp part-skim mozzarella
  • 8 turkey pepperonis
  • Seasonings of your choice (oregano, garlic powder, Italian herbs)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, make 8 small piles of mozzarella.
  2. Top each with a turkey pepperoni slice and sprinkle with seasonings.
  3. Bake for 7 minutes. Optional: broil 1–2 minutes for extra crispiness.
  4. Let them cool/harden for a minute and enjoy!

Tips:

  • Slightly larger cheese piles than pepperoni = perfect coverage.
