Caramel Sauce – WW-Friendly Version!

Who says you can’t have dessert without guilt? This low-carb, keto-friendly caramel sauce lets you drizzle, dip, and lick without worrying about your WW points.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup powdered erythritol (or your favorite zero-calorie sweetener)
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat until golden.
  2. Lower the heat and whisk in erythritol until fully combined.
  3. Slowly stir in heavy cream and let it gently simmer 2–3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and add vanilla and salt. Let it cool to thicken.
  5. Drizzle over keto-friendly desserts, fruit, or even enjoy by the spoonful!
