💡 So I made my own version of the viral pizza roll-ups — and wow, these are next-level!
🛒 Ingredients (Makes 4 roll-ups)
- 4 slices part-skim mozzarella cheese (4 SP total)
- 6 slices turkey pepperoni, diced (1 SP)
- 1 tbsp black olives, chopped (0 SP)
- Jalapeño slices (to taste – 0 SP)
- Pinch of pizza seasoning or Italian herbs (0 SP)
🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a tray with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Lay out mozzarella slices on the paper.
3️⃣ Sprinkle toppings evenly over the cheese.
4️⃣ Bake for 7 minutes, until edges bubble and turn golden.
5️⃣ Remove from oven — quickly roll each using a spatula and butter knife.
6️⃣ Return to oven and broil on high for 3 minutes until crispy perfection!
✨ Optional: Serve with a side of sugar-free marinara (0–1 SP) for dipping.
