👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Mix Everything Together
In a medium bowl, combine chopped spinach, feta, oat flour, Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, salt & pepper.
Add the beaten eggs and stir until everything binds into a thick batter.
