For the flatbread:
- 2 flatbreads or naan
- 6 oz Brie cheese, sliced (rind on or off)
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup walnuts, roughly chopped and toasted
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh thyme leaves (optional, for garnish)
For the hot honey drizzle:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4โ1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

- Preheat the oven: 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
- Prepare flatbreads: Brush flatbreads lightly with olive oil. Place on a baking sheet.
- Assemble toppings: Evenly layer Brie slices over the flatbreads. Scatter dried cranberries and toasted walnuts on top.
- Bake: Bake for 8โ12 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges of the flatbread are golden and crisp.
- Make hot honey: While baking, combine honey and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan. Warm gently over low heat for 2โ3 minutes.
- Serve: Drizzle the hot honey over the baked flatbreads and sprinkle with fresh thyme, if using. Slice and enjoy warm.
