  • 4 large eggs – 0 points
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar – 0 points

Instructions:

  1. Fill a medium saucepan with ~3 inches of water. Add vinegar and bring to a gentle simmer.
  2. Stir the water in one direction to create a whirlpool.
  3. Crack each egg into a small bowl, then gently slide into the center of the whirlpool. Cook 3–4 minutes for soft yolk, 5–6 minutes for firmer yolk.
  4. Use a slotted spoon to remove eggs, gently dab with a paper towel, and serve immediately.
