Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp almonds
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Pinch of garlic powder
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix nuts and seeds with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Spread evenly on parchment paper.
  4. Roast for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. Let cool completely.
