Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour – 6 points
- 1/4 cup heavy cream – 2 points
- 1/2 stick butter, melted – 5 points
- 2 large eggs – 0 points
- 1 tsp baking powder – 0 points
- 1 tsp salt – 0 points
- Optional: 1–2 tbsp sweetener (erythritol, Swerve) – 0 points
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into a greased or parchment-lined baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, cut into 6 slices.
