Iced Vanilla Caramel Latte (WW Light Version)

Because you can have your caramel latte and stay on track too 😋

Ingredients (makes 1 latte):

  • 2 tsp Nescafé instant coffee
  • â…“ cup hot water
  • 1 tsp sugar-free caramel syrup (or drizzle inside cup for vibe ✨)
  • â…“ cup unsweetened oat milk (or almond milk for fewer points)
  • â…“ cup sugar-free vanilla creamer
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp fat-free whipped topping
  • Dash of cinnamon crunch or ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Dissolve coffee in hot water. Let cool slightly.
  2. In your glass, drizzle caramel along the sides.
  3. Fill with ice, then pour in the coffee.
  4. Add oat milk and vanilla creamer — stir well.
  5. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon crunch.
