A dreamy, high-protein dessert that feels indulgent but keeps the points low! Perfect for summer or when you just need something sweet without the guilt.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (1 oz) pack sugar-free lemon pudding mix
  • 1 (8 oz) container fat-free Cool Whip (or light)
  • 8 oz whipped cream cheese (light or fat-free)
  • 2 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup fresh raspberries (fold in gently at the end)

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the pudding mix, cream cheese, and Greek yogurt until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in the Cool Whip until fully combined.
  3. Gently stir in the raspberries.
  4. Chill for 1–2 hours before serving for best texture.
