A Snack That Hits the Spot – Creamy, Crunchy & Totally Craveable (but lighter!) 😋
This is one of those throw-together-in-10-minutes snacks that somehow feels fancy.
Cool cucumber crunch, smoky bacon, melty cheddar, and a creamy, herby dressing — but all Weight Watchers–friendly 💚
💡 Ingredients (serves 4)
- 2–3 cups sliced cucumbers
- ¼ cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 slices center-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
- ¼ cup light ranch dressing or fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp dill (optional)
- Salt & pepper to taste
🥣 Directions
- Slice cucumbers and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Add cheese and bacon.
- In a small bowl, mix ranch or Greek yogurt with dill, salt & pepper.
- Pour over cucumber mix and toss gently.
- Chill for a few minutes (if you can wait 😅) and serve cold.
