🐔 Ingredients (serves 4)
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed
- 2 cups steamed broccoli florets
- 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt (or low-fat cottage cheese)
- ½ cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper, to taste
🔥 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, broccoli, yogurt, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
- Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle cheese evenly on top.
- Bake 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
