🧁 Ingredients

  • 8 oz light cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (instead of heavy cream — lighter & just as creamy)
  • 1 (1 oz) box sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries — your choice!)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional for extra flavor)

🍓 Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Slowly whisk in almond milk until creamy and well combined.
  3. Add the sugar-free pudding mix and continue mixing until thickened.
