Air Fryer Cottage Cheese Sticks – Crispy, Gooey & Low-Point!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup almond flour (or low-carb breadcrumbs)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ tsp paprika (optional)
  • Cooking spray or a little oil

Instructions:

  1. Mix cottage cheese, egg, almond flour, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and paprika until moldable.
  2. Shape into 3-inch sticks, ½-inch thick.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease basket.
  4. Air fry sticks 10–12 min, flipping halfway, until golden & crispy.
  5. Cool 2 min, serve with marinara, ranch, or spicy yogurt dip.

💡 Tip: Coat lightly in extra almond flour for crunch without adding points. Great as a high-protein snack or appetizer!
