Ingredients:
- 12 large egg whites (room temp)
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 tbsp unflavored egg white protein powder
- Optional: 1 tbsp allulose or erythritol for slight sweetness
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat egg whites, cream of tartar, and salt until stiff peaks form (5–7 min).
- Gently fold in protein powder (and sweetener if using) without deflating the egg whites.
- Pour mixture into pan, smooth the top, and bake 30–35 min until golden.
- Cool 10 min in pan, then transfer to a wire rack before slicing.
