Ingredients:

  • 12 large egg whites (room temp)
  • 1 tsp cream of tartar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp unflavored egg white protein powder
  • Optional: 1 tbsp allulose or erythritol for slight sweetness

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat egg whites, cream of tartar, and salt until stiff peaks form (5–7 min).
  3. Gently fold in protein powder (and sweetener if using) without deflating the egg whites.
  4. Pour mixture into pan, smooth the top, and bake 30–35 min until golden.
  5. Cool 10 min in pan, then transfer to a wire rack before slicing.
