WW-Friendly Frybread

(3–4 WW points per piece)

Ingredients (Makes 6 pieces):

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp melted ghee or coconut oil (you can also use olive oil spray to lower points)
  • Water as needed

Instructions:

  1. Mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add eggs and melted ghee — stir into a soft dough.
  3. If too dry, add a little water.
  4. Divide into 6 balls and flatten each between parchment paper (thin discs).
  5. Heat a skillet with ghee or coconut oil.
  6. Fry each piece 2–3 min per side, until golden and crisp.
  7. Drain on paper towel and serve warm.

👉 WW Points: 3–4 per piece (depends on oil used).
Use olive oil spray or air fry for fewer points!
