(3–4 WW points per piece)
Ingredients (Makes 6 pieces):
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp melted ghee or coconut oil (you can also use olive oil spray to lower points)
- Water as needed
Instructions:
- Mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add eggs and melted ghee — stir into a soft dough.
- If too dry, add a little water.
- Divide into 6 balls and flatten each between parchment paper (thin discs).
- Heat a skillet with ghee or coconut oil.
- Fry each piece 2–3 min per side, until golden and crisp.
- Drain on paper towel and serve warm.

Use olive oil spray or air fry for fewer points!
