Ingredients:
- 1 lb extra lean ground beef (96% lean) – 12 points
- 6 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce – 0 points
- 1 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar – 9 points
- ½ cup sliced dill pickles – 0 points
- ¼ cup sautéed or raw onions – 0 points
- 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper, ½ tsp onion powder, ½ tsp garlic powder – 0 points
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional) – 1 point
For the WW-friendly Big Mac Sauce (makes ~12 tbsp, 3 tbsp per serving):
- ½ cup light mayonnaise (such as Hellmann’s light) – 10 points
- 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup – 0 points
- 2 tbsp dill relish – 0 points
- 2 tsp yellow mustard – 0 points
- 2 tsp distilled white vinegar – 0 points
- ½ tsp onion powder – 0 points
- ½ tsp paprika – 0 points
Instructions:
- Cook beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess fat. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- Divide lettuce between 4 bowls. Top each with beef, cheddar, onions, and pickles.
- Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Drizzle ~3 tbsp sauce over each salad.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top (optional) and enjoy!
