Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (0 pts)
- ½ cup reduced-fat cream cheese (2 pts)
- ½ cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese (3 pts)
- ¼ cup chopped green onions (0 pts)
- ½ tsp garlic powder (0 pts)
- ½ tsp onion powder (0 pts)
- Salt & pepper to taste (0 pts)
- 2 cans light refrigerated crescent dough (2 pts per roll)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
- Mix filling: In a medium bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, cheddar, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble rolls: Open crescent dough and separate into triangles. Place 1 heaping tablespoon of the chicken mixture on the wide end of each triangle and roll up. Place on baking sheet.
- Bake: 12–15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
Tips:
- Use low-fat or light cheese and dough to keep points lower.
