Cheesecake layer:
- 6 oz light cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp sugar substitute
- 1 egg white
- ยฝ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter (or applesauce) and sugar substitute. Add eggs and vanilla, stirring until smooth.
- Slowly fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Spread the brownie batter evenly into the pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar substitute, egg white, and vanilla until smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls over the brownie batter, then swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 25โ30 minutes or until set in the center. Let cool before slicing into 16 pieces.
